Grow Your Quality: Submission Instructions
Please Tell Us How You Are Growing Your Quality with ABC!
TELL US about recent program improvements made at your facility; or
TELL US about a special recognition or award your facility recently received; or
TELL US about recent changes you have made at your facility resulting in improved services to the children and/or families you serve; or
TELL US about a new initiative your facility is involved in which has proven to be successful.
YOU may also SEND US a copy of a recent article about your facility from a newspaper, newsletter, or magazine, etc. The source and date of the article should be included.
YOU should TELL US your story about how you are "Growing your Quality with ABC" in 250 words or less.
We Want Others to Read Your Story!
WE will select some of your stories to be posted to our website.
WE will notify you if your story is selected.
If your story is selected:
- YOU will be requested to send a photo taken in front of your facility, and/or a photo taken at the event where your facility was recognized or the award was received (2 photos maximum)
- YOU will be requested to identify each person in the photo(s).
- YOU will be provided a release form and requested to get a copy of the release form signed by each person in the photo(s) and return the signed forms so that the photo(s) can be used.
