How can I file a complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint about a child care facility, please contact the Child Care Regulatory Services Regional Office in your area. All complaints are investigated.

If you are a child care provider and you have questions or concerns about the ABC Program, please call us at 1-800-763-ABCD or 1-800-763-2223.
